WEICON HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature-resistant up to +200 °C (392 °F) (up to 280 °C/536 °F for a short period of time). It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1. The epoxy resin system is also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces and can be used for the repair and bonding of cast and metal parts, for filling in blow holes, for repairing damage on containers, carriages and machine parts and for sealing pumps and pipes. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry.

WEICON W 44 T® is a multifunctional product which combines corrosion protection, water repellency, lubrication, conservation and cleaning in a single product due to its special formula and outstanding capillary action. It loosens seized up screw connections, bolts, fittings and valves, and penetrates and dissolves rust. It repels humidity from electrical contacts, prevents leakage currents, and makes it easier to start wet motors. W 44 T® is also suitable for use as cutting oil for drilling and cutting processes. The oil eliminates squeaky and creaky noises on hinges, guides, bearings, and all types of joints and couplings. WEICON W 44 T® cleans soiled metal surfaces and leaves a long-lasting razorthin film, which does not smear or stick and does not attract dust. It protects and maintains all types of tools, machines, and electrical and mechanical precision devices.

WEICON Ceramic BL is filled with silicon carbide and zirconium silicate, offers high chemical and temperature resistance as well as extreme wear protection and high abrasion resistance. The epoxy resin system is especially suited for the lining of heavily stressed pump housings, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides, funnels and pipes and for the repair of castings, valves and blower fans. A coating with WEICON Ceramic BL, which gives surfaces a very smooth finish, increases the flow speed of liquids and thus increases the efficiency of pumps, pipes, valves, etc. by 5 % to 20 %. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in apparatus engineering and in many other areas of industry. Wear-resistant final coating for all Plastic Metal types. WEICON Ceramic BL is suitable in combination with one of the other WEICON Plastic Metal types for a system build-up as a surface finish for visual inspection.

The assembly paste WEICON Anti Seize High-Tech is high-temperature-resistant, has excellent separating characteristics, is metal-free, neutral to materials and has an NSF registration. It is particularly suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used due to health reasons and when dark metal-containing products should or may not be used for visual reasons.

WEICON WP serves as protection for highly stressed surfaces. A coating with the epoxy resin system offers high strengths against wear and abrasion and is extremely resistant to chemicals. Plastic Metal WEICON WP prevents metal loss and replaces previously applied wear-resistant alloys, ceramic tiles and rubber linings as well as welded metal coatings. It can be used either for the regeneration of worn metal surfaces or as a wear-resistant coating. A particularly high level of protection is achieved when the wear is caused by particles hitting sideways.
