AUMUND Material Feeder type Samson® MF

The Samson® Material Feeder is a high performance truck unloader with proven reliability for continuous process industries. It receives bulk materials directly from tipping trucks and loading shovels, providing a buffer storage capacity and a controlled rate discharge. Installed above ground, with no need for deep pits and expensive civil engineering works, it’s a flexible alternative to traditional underground hoppers.

AUMUND Apron Feeder type BPB and BPB-SF

For the transport of moist, sticky materials, such as clay, gypsum, anhydrite, pozzolan etc. the slightly arched plates of the Apron Feeder type BPB, allow a simple scraping off of cohesive materials. Heavy plate conveyors type BPB-S or SF are installed for feeding or reclaim of run of mine materials.The conveyors are equipped with forged chains and wear resistant components. The plates, chains and roller design is configured to suit the related task and required conveying capacity.

The Drag Chain Conveyor is supplied with forged and surface-hardened fork-link chains for optimum tensile strength.
