Modular design with a redundant drive concept, built for near-unlimited expansion. Purpose-built for In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) applications, the IBEX is designed to replace long haul-truck routes in open-pit operations, cutting the required vehicle fleet, maintenance load, and spare parts inventory. Example calculation against 290-t haul trucks at 6,500 t/h: potential savings of 44.6 million litres of diesel and 119,600 t of CO2 per year.

A rail-guided conveying system that combines railway and conventional belt-conveyor principles: a belt with corrugated side walls, running on fixed wheel sets over steel rails. Designed to cut power consumption by around 82% compared to a conventional conveyor – for a 13,000 m system at 2,000 t/h, this translates to an estimated USD 10 million in annual energy cost savings. Enables curve radii from 50 m, reduces cut-and-fill earthworks by up to 50%, and is designed for up to 40 km per loop and 20,000 t/h. Suitable for applications from 500 m conveying length upward.
