EMG iTiM - Thickness measurement in perfection

EMG iCAM® - Intelligent modular camera solution
With EMG iCAM® (iCAM = intelligent Camera Array Module), a modular solution is now available that enables high-precision strip and slit strip width measurement.
The EMG iCAM® system consists of an LED backlight unit ("emitter unit") below the metal strip and a camera unit above the strip, consisting of several CMOS cameras, as receiver unit. The standard strip width is 1,000 mm to 2,250 mm and is scalable in steps of 250 mm (other strip widths on request).
EMG eMASS® - Electromagnetic Strip Stabilisation
EMG eMASS® is a turnkey system for stabilising fast running ferromagnetic steel strips based on electromagnets. The main field of application is the process optimisation and saving of metal coating at the air knife of a hot-dip galvanising, GALVALUME® or aluminising line.
The system is installed directly above the air knife - as close as possible to the nozzle lip that blows off the liquid metal layer.
