We are one of the leading German manufacturers for heavy duty belt conveyor pulleys with dimensions of up to 2500 mm OD and 40 tonne unit weight.

OEM grade refurbishment of belt conveyor pulleys. Adjustments and modifications of pressure vessels according to changing requirements, fit up with necessary third party approvals.
STEEL SHELLS
Our core product, which is used in a variety of assemblies. We bend cold heavy steel plates up to 150 mm thickness. We have decades of experience in making pulley shells, shells for hoisting drums, shells for heated and chill rolls, shells for heavy duty hydraulic cylinders, etc.

Products & Services
As a partner to customers in a wide range of industries, we have been guaranteeing quality, competence and an extremely high degree of flexibility in the production conveyor belt pulleys.
We produce fully assembled drive pulleys, return pulleys, pulleys for vertical conveyors, etc. in diameters of up to 2,500 mm and unit weights of up to 70t. Designs with pillow block or take-up housings and special constructions can be supplied on request. Drum lagging can be supplied in various designs and materials, grooved or plain rubber or polyurethane, hot or cold vulcanised, ceramic or rubber-ceramic, direct or on iron sleeves. We will deliver in seaworthy packaging on request.
Additionally, we provide refurbishment of conveyor belt pulleys on an OEM grade.
All components such as locking devices and bearings and bearing housings come from premium manufacturers such as Bikon, SKF and FAG.
