About us
Due to our comprehensive engineering expertise, decades of practical experience and innovative capacities, Induga is a world-leading supplier of technology for inductive melting, pouring and casting of metals.
Based on its original technological focus – namely, channel-type induction heating furnaces – Induga has developed a constantly growing range of induction heating solutions for different industries like horizontal/ vertical casting of copper bars/ billets/ tubes, sanitary faucets or fittings in copper/ brass or zinc coating/ galvanizing. Induga specializes in engineering and manufacturing customized and application-optimized induction furnaces, ladle pouring and plasma heating plants
Our plants are making an increasingly important contribution to the green transition of the metals industry: If powered by green electricity, our induction-heated furnaces used in metals production and processing operate entirely carbon-free.

Products & Services
Induga supplies induction heating solutions for melting/ holding and casting of bars/ billets and tubes for the copper and copper alloy industry.
With our low pressure die casting technology for brass we are serving the leading sanitary faucet and fitting industry worldwide.
For steel strip or piece galvanizing industry with Zn or Al alloys Induga supplies coating pots in a wide range of dimensions.
For the suppliers of zinc Induga delivers zinc cathode melting or alloying furnaces.
In the field of iron and steel Induga is offering outstanding ladle pouring machines and plasma ladle heating systems.
Puma-Pro ladle pouring machine
The unique, model-based predictive casting control system and the iterative casting optimization software ensure optimum material and energy use at minimum cost with positive effect on a foundry’s productivity and profitability.
The high-precision and the accurate casting process control, measuring technology optimizes utilization of the available melting capacity to ensure maximum material efficiency.
Low pressure die casting machine
Our low-pressure die casting plants for NF metals are supplied with integrated induction melting and pouring furnaces, die handling manipulators, die coating units and process control systems. To ensure optimum use of the moulding line capacity, we can equip the plants with one or two manipulators and one or two risers.
Strip coating pots
The optimal number and arrangement of inductors depend on the coating alloy and the tank geometry. In addition to this, numerous other factors, such as homogeneous bath temperature distribution while melting to compensate for the drag-out of material determine the specific plant design.
