Low pressure die casting machine

Induga offers fully automatic low-pressure die casting machines for series production of mainly faucets and water meters made of brass or other NF metals.

Our low-pressure die casting plants for NF metals are supplied with integrated induction melting and pouring furnaces, die handling manipulators, die coating units and process control systems. To ensure optimum use of the moulding line capacity, we can equip the plants with one or two manipulators and one or two risers.

Strip coating pots

Our ceramic-lined coating pots for alloys such as Zn, ZnMg, ZnAl, AlSi are fitted with channel-type inductors. With our coating pots we produce excellent surface properties at high process speeds.

The optimal number and arrangement of inductors depend on the coating alloy and the tank geometry. In addition to this, numerous other factors, such as homogeneous bath temperature distribution while melting to compensate for the drag-out of material determine the specific plant design.
