A continuous steep-angle conveyor engineered for open-pit mining, designed for inclines from 20° to 90° and elevations from 15 to 1,500 m. Rated capacity up to 16,000 t/h. Modular design with a redundant drive concept, built for near-unlimited expansion. Purpose-built for In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) applications, the IBEX is designed to replace long haul-truck routes in open-pit operations, cutting the required vehicle fleet, maintenance load, and spare parts inventory. Example calculation against 290-t haul trucks at 6,500 t/h: potential savings of 44.6 million litres of diesel and 119,600 t of CO2 per year.
